"The scent was way off and didn’t smell..."
The scent was way off and didn’t smell anything like what was listed. I was disappointed, and the canned apology response didn’t really help either. I’d rather they just be upfront about the fragrance than send a generic “sorry for the inconvenience” message.

"Shipping really took way too long"
The order itself was fine, but the shipping was really slow. I ended up waiting almost two weeks and barely got any updates, which was annoying.

so my order from jinxemscents showed up and the packaging was fine overall, just not anything fancy. The box was a little squished on one side, but luckily everything inside was still okay.
I did appreciate that it was wrapped well enough to keep anything from spilling, but it could’ve looked a bit cleaner or more put together. Not bad, just not super impressive either.

"Nice scent, but the fading feels preventable"
I got my order and really liked the smell at first. It’s pleasant and easy to wear, but it faded on me way faster than I expected. For the price, that part feels kind of preventable, so overall it was just okay for me.

I’m usually selective when it comes to scented products, since certain ones can trigger headaches or make my skin feel irritated. What I appreciated about Jinxem Scents is that the ingredients were listed clearly, and overall, nothing stood out to me as questionable or overly harsh.
I’ve been using it for a little while now and, thankfully, no irritation so far. The scent is pleasant without being too strong, which is a big plus for me. i’d be happy to purchase it again.

"I didn’t feel like this was worth..."
I didn’t feel like this was worth the money. The whole thing was disappointing, and it feels like an avoidable purchase if you’re expecting decent value.

"Still on the fence about it"
To be fair, the site looks decent overall, but I just didn’t feel totally confident placing an order. There wasn’t much information that helped me trust the brand, and a few parts of the site felt a little off to me. Maybe it’s completely fine, but I’d want to see clearer details before buying from them again.

"Smells good, but fades fast"
It smells really nice at first, not gonna lie, but it disappears quick. Kinda wish it lasted longer because the scent is actually solid.

"Customer service was kind of disappointing"
I had a frustrating time trying to get help from jinxemscents.com. I messaged them about my order and, unless I’m remembering the timing wrong, it took way longer than it should have to hear back.
When they finally responded, it felt a bit rushed and didn’t really clear things up for me. I’m not saying it’s always like that, but I basically ended up figuring things out on my own, so I probably wouldn’t order from them again...

"Pretty easy to find what I needed"
I got around the site easily and found what I was looking for fast. I just assumed the usual sections would be where they normally are, and they were, so the whole thing felt simple to use.

"Was excited to try these, but my..."
Was excited to try these, but my order was off. One scent I chose was missing, and they sent a different one instead. Package was fine, but still, I paid for specific stuff. Emailed them and I’m waiting to hear back. Not a disaster, just annoying.

"Lasted longer than I thought it would"
I’ll be honest, I didn’t really expect much because I’ve bought stuff like this before and the scent disappeared so fast it kind of made me stop trusting the claims. But this one actually surprised me. I could still smell it on my clothes the next day, not overpowering, just still there. Happy with the order...
